Open Enrollment is from October 20 to 31, 2014, a good time to reset your password in SAP using self-help password reset.
Where do I access password self-help?
Go to MyTECOnet and click on Password Reset under Quick Clicks (on the left-hand side) to access P-Synch (a password management application). Using P-Synch, you can manage your passwords for the network and mainframe. You can also manage your passwords for SAP and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
What is required?
Registration is required to use the self-help password application (P-Synch). Accessing the self-help password application for the first time prompts the registration process that includes choosing three challenge questions from a predefined list of questions (you can also create your own unique challenge question). A challenge question allows you to access the application and unlock your passwords without using your five-character user ID and network password.
Where can I get more help?
The self-help password reset is a tool Information Technology (IT) provides team members so they can easily and quickly manage their own passwords. Should you have any questions with the registration process or need help while using the application, please contact the Service Desk at ext. 25000.
