Choice® POS II HSA preventive medications are covered at 100% by the plan. Non-preventive medications covered by the HSA option are subject to coinsurance after the deductible. All Choice® POS II HRA option medications are paid out-of-pocket by the team member with a copay plus coinsurance. HRA funds cannot be used to pay for prescriptions or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) copays. For the HSA, see Medco's list of preventive medications and enter your medications and the frequency you would purchase them in the "Preventive" or "Non-Preventive" Medication section. Use Medco's Website to determine the cost of your prescription history.
